Chinese President Xi Jinping holds a welcoming ceremony for Beninese President Patrice Athanase Guillaume Talon outside the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. China and Benin on Friday established a strategic partnership, following talks between Chinese president Xi Jinping and visiting President Patrice Talon at Beijing’s Great Hall of the People.
