Muscat: The Oil and Gas Facilities Security Police Command on Wednesday arrested two people of Asian nationality on charges of sabotage and theft of solar panels used to generate electric power for one of the communication towers in the Marmul oil area in Dhofar Governorate, and legal procedures are being completed against them.
