In his felicitation speech, Mohammed Suleiman al Kindi, Governor of North Al Batinah, emphasised that the ceremony was a manifestation of the governorate's gratitude to the students to keep up their brilliant efforts and consistency in acquiring knowledge and to become better citizens of tomorrow.

He added that the honour was motivation to the students to grow and take part in the nation-building process and acknowledgement of the efforts and consistency shown by each hard-working future citizen of this country.

These students have already begun their life towards the next level of their journey by acquiring specialised knowledge and wished they should keep up their hardwork and persistence to achieve more excellence and distinction in different fields and to be on various national and international stages of honors.

"My thanks also goes to the Ministry of Education which provides the required care and ingredients of a perfect educational environment for students to take education quality to the next level," he added.

The ceremony showcased a visual presentation on the career guidance for students after their GEd and the best specialised jobs available in the Governorate which goes in line with the governorate’s needs in various sectors, especially the logistic and industrial sectors that keep up with the future projects of the Sultanate of Oman and Oman Vision 2040.
