Suhar - Mohammed Suleiman Al-Kindi, the Governor of North al Batinah, bestowed honors upon outstanding students who achieved a 99% score in the core subjects of the general education diploma at the Raddison Blu Hotel in Suhar on Monday.
A total of 45 male and female students from various schools in North Al-Batinah were celebrated during a ceremony attended by esteemed North Al-Batinah Walis, officials from public and private organizations, the parents and families of the exceptional students, and the educational community of the governorate.
The event featured multiple segments and commenced with a speech by His Excellency Mohammed Suleiman Al-Kindi, the Governor of North Al-Batinah.
He emphasized that the ceremony serves as a source of motivation for students to sustain their remarkable dedication and consistent pursuit of knowledge, enabling them to reach the pinnacle of excellence.
This journey demands significant effort and responsibility from both students and their families, as well as schools. He further underlined that these honors were a rightful recognition of the unwavering commitment demonstrated by every diligent citizen of the country at large, particularly those in North Al-Batinah. He articulated that this recognition signals the students' progression to the next phase of their educational journey, where specialized knowledge and sciences await them.
To succeed in various fields and attain national and international accolades, they must persistently work hard and strive for distinction. Additionally, he highlighted the pivotal role of the Ministry of Education in cultivating an optimal educational environment that propels educational quality to new heights.
The program then proceeded with the ceremony, and attendees were treated to a visual presentation showcasing essential guidance for students' post-general education diplomas, as well as insights into the most promising specialized careers of the future in North Al-Batinah Governorate.
These careers align with the governorate's requirements across diverse sectors, particularly the logistics and industrial domains that are in harmony with the future initiatives of the Sultanate of Oman and Oman Vision 2040.
