Also, the research concluded that leadership styles mediated the influence of Human Resources Management (HRM) practices on sports organisational performance. He began the study with a brief introduction that described the sports event as crucial for a country due to it ability to boost tourism and economic activity locally or international and also creating /raising the public awareness of sports, indirectly it illustrates the best picture of sports to public. For this reason, Oman also took part in Olympic Games and has taken the initiative to have its own National Olympic Committee (NOC) to ensure a good system of recruitment and selection of athletes with a plan for Olympic Games. On top, NOC is also responsible to organise educational programmes for their sports administrator.

Later, the researcher discussed the challenges that are facing by sport organisations in Oman. During the past 36 years indicated decline in Omani sports organisations performance compared to its competitors from other countries from 1982 to 2022. This important indicator shows that the performance and productivity are the huge challenges facing the sport organisations in Oman which emphasise and justifies the importance of studying and investigating the factors that enhance the performance which is a crucial for an organisation to be competitive and successful.

Then, Ishaq introduced Human Resource Management (HRM) as a valuable asset to the organisation and it as the answer to clarify all doubts pertaining how organisations could achieve their performance. Also, he mentioned in the study that leaders play a very important role to lead their followers to fulfil organisational performance effectively. They need to communicate with their employees thoroughly, and to arrange manpower wisely.

According to findings of the study, the sport organisation management should maintain the HRM practices, which is part of the organisation's strategy to employ human resources to achieve outstanding performance every year. Recruiters must know the job and where to find candidates. Human resource specialists in sports organisations should monitor the labour market to know where to acquire qualified candidates and what strategies to utilise to attract applications in a competitive market. Management should keep the recruitment and selection process fair and transparent. Effective recruitment and selection methods will generate positive financial returns for the company, either by ensuring employee effectiveness or by minimising training and retraining expenditures. Training and development programmes must also be relevant to employee performance. When establishing, assessing and executing a reward strategy, management must balance financial and non-financial rewards.
