Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has warned that leaving the vehicle's license or number plate covered in dust or concealing some numerals is a traffic violation.


The Royal Oman Police (ROP) said that motorists should keep their cars clean or risk facing fines. The fine is said to be RO10.
