

Muscat: The two-day Muscat Exhibition and Forum for Tourism Investment Opportunities, organized by the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will start on Monday at Oman Convention and Exhibition Center in the presence of Salim bin Mohammed al Mahrouqi, Minister of Heritage and Tourism
The forum aims to present investment opportunities to investors in the tourism sectors, such as hotels, resorts, entertainment cities, and the sports tourism sector through the establishment of international sports events, in addition to investing in real estate development and integrated cities.
Eng. Siham bint Ahmed Al Harthy, Chairperson of the Tourism Committee and member of the Board of Directors of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, confirmed the readiness of the Chamber to organize the Muscat Exhibition and Forum for Tourism Investment Opportunities.
Eng. Siham Al-Harithiya expressed her happiness at the large turnout of investors to register to participate in the forum to learn about the tourism investment opportunities that will be announced during the forum and the accompanying exhibition.
Siham indicated that the forum will witness the announcement of a group of investment opportunities in the tourism sector, and in various fields, including sports tourism and real estate tourism.
The Chairperson of the Tourism Committee of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry stated that the forum will witness a wide participation of investors, businessmen, and specialized companies from within the Sultanate of Oman, as well as large participation from the Gulf Cooperation Council, and from various Arab, Asian, European and international countries.
She said that registration for participation in the Muscat Tourism Investment Opportunities Exhibition and Forum will continue until August 5.
The first day will host the presentation of tourism investment opportunities to investors and attendees, then bilateral meetings will be held between investors to review the opportunities available by the participants and exhibitors, followed by the continuation of the exhibition & bilateral meetings (B2B) will be held between investors and companies until the end of the Exhibition on the next day (Tuesday 8 August).
