To equip young individuals with the skills needed for the evolving job market, the San'ah Initiative has launched a training program focused on 3D design. The program, organised and funded by Jusoor Foundation for social support community in collaboration with Innotech company for smart solutions, aims to prepare 30 ambitious males and females for future challenges and opportunities.

Spanning three batches from July to August, the San'ah Initiative offers an intensive and specialised curriculum presented by field experts. Through comprehensive training sessions, participants will gain the knowledge and practical skills necessary to create new projects and ventures.

Jaber Sulaiman al Busaidi, Jusoor Executive Manager said: “Aligned with our perspective of community support and social responsibility, we are proud to announce the launch of a groundbreaking training course in 3D design and animation in collaboration with Innotech and funded by OQ, Sohar Aluminum, and Vale Oman (the founding companies of Jusoor)."

"This program aims to empower the youth of Oman and contribute to the national agenda by fostering skills and opportunities in the digital and creative industries," he added.

By embracing creativity and technical proficiency, the programme empowers trainees to become independent service providers, operating as freelancers within the thriving 3D design industry and film making.

The significance of this youth-centered programme goes beyond personal development. It also strives to foster a knowledge society with programming skills and innovative solutions across various fields. The initiative not only aims to bridge the skills gap but also intends to contribute to the realisation of Oman's vision for 2024 by promoting local culture and aligning it with this new specialisation and prepare youth to compete in local and international business.

Al Busaidi added that the goals of this training course are multi-faceted. Firstly, it seeks to develop participants' technical skills, equipping them with the knowledge and expertise required in the rapidly evolving field of 3D design and animation. By providing hands-on training and guidance, they aim to enhance their employability prospects, paving the way for fulfilling careers in emerging sectors. The program is affording every applicant the required knowledge as well as a very advanced laptop that enable applicants to start working as freelancers immediately after completing the program requirements.

It is worth noting that the rise of 3D technology has promoted industries such as architecture, manufacturing, entertainment, and healthcare. As we move towards a future that increasingly relies on advanced technology, preparing the youth for 3D jobs becomes imperative. By equipping them with the skills and knowledge to cope up with this technology, we are securing their place in the workforce of tomorrow. This enables them to work as independent service providers and show their entrepreneurial spirit, driving innovation and contributing to Oman's economic development.
