Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman has expressed its denunciation and condemnation of the recurrent Israeli attacks on the city of Jenin and Palestinian camps in the West Bank.
In a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry on Monday, Oman voiced its firm stance and strong backing to the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, including their right to establish their independent state on the 1967 borders in accordance with the two-state solution, relevant Security Council resolutions and the Arab Peace Initiative.
Oman also underscored the significance of the international community’s assuming its responsibilities on this issue, in line with international law, with the prime objective of realizing fair and comprehensive peace.
