Muscat: Music lovers in Oman will have a treat on June 21, as three renowned musicians will perform on June 21 to mark the Feast of Music, which is observed globally and coincides with the summer solstice.

“The first ‘Feast of Music’ event happened in France in 1982. Since then, the event’s success is outstanding, and it expanded to more than 120 countries over time,” said Matteo Andreini, a renowned pianist (harpsichord) from Italy.

The other artists to perform on the occasion are Luca Blasio from Italy (violin) and Tomas Gniatkowsky (Poland) bassoon.

The concert will start at 7 pm at the Royal Flight School of Muscat on June 21.
