Cairo: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Social Development, took part on Tuesday in the 2nd ministerial conference on social development in members states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
The conference, held in Cairo, Egypt, is themed “Social Justice and Social Security”.
The Sultanate of Oman’s delegation was represented by Shaikh Rashid Ahmed al Shamsi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Development.
During the conference’s sessions, efforts of member states were highlighted in implementing decisions of sectoral ministerial conferences on various matters.
