Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, while presiding over the inaugural ceremony of the “Sultan Haitham City” at Al Baraka Palace, affirmed that what he has seen of modern planning of the city is heartening and, God willing, this will be the beginning for upcoming projects.
His Majesty congratulated the young Omani designers and planners hoping that they will be able to leave their fingerprints all around the country.
His Majesty affirmed that humans are able to overcome all challenges and this is just the beginning and other cities keeping pace with modern developments are upcoming, noting that all people in all fields should work together as one team.
