Ras Al Khaimah: Shaikh Saud bin Saqr al Qasimi, Ruler of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, on Tuesday received Sayyid Dr Ahmed bin Hilal al Busaidi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the United Arab Emirates, in Al Dhait Palace.
