Tropical condition in Arabian Sea: No impact during next five days

Muscat: Oman Meteorology said that there is a possibility of forming a tropical state in the southeast of the Arabian Sea after the middle of next week, with continued variation in its direction and strength, and there is no effect on the atmosphere of the Sultanate of Oman during the next five days.


The National Center for Early Warning of Multiple Hazards continues to follow up on developments in the Arabian Sea on an ongoing basis.


Earlier, Oman Meteorology said that preliminary indications reveal there are chances of a tropical state forming in the southeast of the Arabian Sea and there have been differences among various models on the formation of the tropical system.
