ROP bust human trafficking gang

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) on Monday arrested a group of people involved in human trafficking in Oman.


"Within the efforts made by the Royal Oman Police to combat the human trafficking, the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Research arrested a group of people of Arab nationalities accused of human trafficking by luring victims and coercing them to perform acts contrary to public morals," a statement from ROP said. ROP has completed legal procedures against them.
