MUSCAT: Aiming to continuously create loyalty initiatives that resonate with its customers, National Bank of Oman’s (NBO), in cooperation with Shell Oman Marketing Company, has recently launched a nationwide cashback promotional campaign. The campaign provides loyal customers with a valuable incentive for preferring their NBO Visa Credit Card to make fuel or non-fuel purchases at any Shell petrol station in Oman throughout April and May this year. They will receive 10% cashback as a reward for up to a maximum of two transactions per month, while the accumulated rewards will be credited to their account within 30 days after the campaign, which will run until the end of May 2023.

Only NBO Visa Credit Card holders who made a Point of Sales (POS) transaction at a Shell Petrol Station will be eligible to earn the 10% cashback per transaction. The cashback will apply to the first two POS transactions made at a Shell Petrol Station in April 2023, as well as to the first two POS transactions made at a Shell Petrol Station in May 2023, and regardless of how many credit cards each NBO customer holds. The maximum cashback amount has been capped at RO 2.5 per transaction.
