Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik performed Eid al Fitr prayers at Al Khor Mosque in the Governorate of Muscat on Saturday.
The Eid Al Fitr prayers were also performed by the Ministers, the Speakers of the State Council and Majlis A'Shura, commanders of the Sultan's Armed Forces and other military and security agencies, the heads of the diplomatic missions of Islamic countries accredited to the Sultanate of Oman, a number of honorable members of the State Council and Majlis A'Shura, and a number of ministers, undersecretaries, advisors, and officials.
The worshipers were led by Dr. Mohammed bin Saeed al Maamari, Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs (MERA), who delivered the Eid sermon.
