Muscat: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning will complete the in-kind compensation for those affected by the Al Batinah coastal project, as well as cash compensation, and the transfer of their properties affected by the activities of the Sohar Industrial Port in the Wilayat of Liwa this year.
The Ministry invited citizens whose properties were affected by the Al Batinah Coastal Road project, who had not previously applied for cash compensation, to visit the Al Batinah Coastal Road Compensation Office by May 4.
The percentage of completion of in-kind and cash compensation for the Al Batinah Coastal Road project ranged between 65-96% in the various wilayats of North al Batinah Governorate by the end of 2022, while it has been completed in Al Batinah South Governorate.
