Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has received a cable of thanks from President Xi Jinping of the People's Republic of China in reply to His Majesty’s congratulatory cable on re-electing him as President of the Republic.
In the cable, President Xi expressed his sincere appreciation and best wishes of good health and success to His Majesty. He also affirmed his keenness to develop strategic joint relations to achieve further tangible results between the two countries.
