Oman and Romania hold political talks

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Romania held the third session of political talks in Muscat on Tuesday. During the session, the Omani side was headed by Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali al Harthy, Under-Secretary of the Foreign Ministry for Diplomatic Affairs, while the Romanian side was headed by Traian Hristea, Secretary of State for Global Affairs and Diplomatic Strategies of Romania’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They reviewed areas of bilateral cooperation in different fields. They also exchanged views on various regional and international matters of mutual interest. The session was attended by Florin Marius, Ambassador of Romania to Oman, Yousef bin Issa al Zedjali, Head of the East Europe Department, and several officials from both sides.
