Muscat: Oman’s National Search and Rescue Team (NSRT) on Monday pulled out a woman alive from the rubble of a collapsed building in one of the areas hit by last week’s devastating earthquake in the Republic of Türkiye. The woman was rushed to hospital to receive medical care.
Since the outset of its operations in Türkiye, the NSRT pulled out a number of dead bodies from collapsed buildings.
The NSRT alongside other international teams continues carrying out search and rescue operations and providing medical care to the quake survivors.
