Oman condemns all forms of violence targeting civilians

Muscat: The Foreign Ministry affirmed the Sultanate of Oman's firm position in rejecting and condemning all forms of violence and terrorism that target civilians and undermine security and stability

It called on the international community to assume responsibility for stopping the dangerous escalation in the occupied Palestinian territories, which claimed the lives of Palestinian and Israeli civilians, the latest of which was the attack that targeted civilians in a Jewish synagogue in East Jerusalem

The Sultan affirmed its firm position in calling on the international community to achieve a just and comprehensive peace and supporting the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital in accordance with the two-state solution, international legitimacy resolutions, and the Arab Peace Initiative.
