The second edition of Empty Quarter Festival will be held in the Al Khadf area in Niyabat Al Shisr in the Wilayat of Thamrait from January 25 to February 3. The festival, which will be held in cooperation with a number of government agencies and the private sector, is organised by the Directorate-General of Heritage and Tourism in Dhofar Governorate.
