MUSCAT: Represented by the Directorate-General of Health Services in the Governorate of Muscat, the Ministry of Health on Thursday signed a cooperation agreement to implement the second phase of Muscat Recovery Centre project in the Wilayat of Al Amerat.
The RO 900,000 agreement was signed with the Al Jisr Foundation for charitable works and Petroleum Development Oman (PDO).
The agreement was signed by Dr Fatma bint Mohammed al Ajmi, Health Ministry’s Under-Secretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Eng Abdulamir bin Hussein al Ajmi, PDO’s Executive Manager of External Affairs and Value Creation, and Nouf bint Abdullah al Hosani, Al Jisr Foundation’s executive board member.
Dr Fatma stressed the significance of government and other sectors partnership to serve the public interest. She commended the initiative undertaken by PDO and Al Jisr Foundation, which join hands to finance such vital projects. -- ONA
