Muscat: The first panel meeting of the Health Innovation Forum started at the Oman Medical Specialties Board (OMSB) on Sunday.
Dr Hilal bin Ali al Sabti, Minister of Health, will be meeting the health personnel during the three-day forum being organised by the Ministry of Health.
The forum’s idea is to have direct health dialogue with the people with the involvement of the Ministry of Health.
The Health Minister exhorted the participants to make serious efforts to strengthen the integration among health institutions and put emphasis on education, training, and development of the human resource, which is a fundamental part of the development process in all sectors.
The Health Innovation Forum is a platform of discussion between health staff with innovative ideas to show and discuss their proposals. It targets the medical, allied medical, technical, administrative, and supportive authorities in the health sector.
