The Muscat Nights 2023 activities will be held in the capital between January 19 and February 4.
Muscat Municipality is yet to reveal the details of the Muscat Nights, including new features.
This event will be a successor to the Muscat Festival, which was held in the capital annually since its inception in 1998. The last edition of the Muscat Festival was held in 2019 as the mega event was suspended following the Covid-19 related restrictions.
The festival highlights the culture and heritage of the Sultanate of Oman, apart from entertainment and other activities.
Muscat Municipality, which recently announced the launch of a competition to design a logo for Muscat Nights, picked the design of Ali bin Said bin Sulaiman al Waeli.
Muscat Municipality said 34 participants took part in the competition.
