Sharadhi Sixes lifted the MOCL Champions Cup 2022, by defeating Green Stars by 5 runs in the 4th Edition of the MOCL Cricket Grand Final conducted at the Challengers Cricket Club ground in Amerat on December 9.
Elected to bat, Sharadhi Sixes posted a total of 141 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the allotted 16 overs. In return Green Stars could manage only 136 runs for the loss of 10 wickets in 15.4 overs.
Rizwan from Sharathi Sixes was the Man of the match in the finals for this outstanding performance.
The finals was a close one with both the teams giving their best performance in both the areas of batting and bowling.
Mohammad Gulfam from Green stars scored 51 runs and took 3 wickets in the Finals
Imtiaz Hussain Ahmed from Sharadhi Sixes scored 49 runs from 21 balls and scored 5 sixes in the Finals.
Bilal from FCC, Al-Bustan was awarded for this best performance for scoring 123 sixes in the tournament, also for his outstanding batting of 192
