Royal Decree promulgating Military Justice Law

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Tuesday issued Royal Decree No 87/2022 promulgating the Military Justice Law.


Article (1) states that provisions of the Military Justice Law attached to this decree shall be enforced.


Article (2) annuls Royal Decree No 110/2011 and all that contradicts this decree or contravenes its provisions.


Article (3) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on the day following its date of publishing.
