The Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn) inaugurated an integrated vehicle service station in Al Buraimi Industrial City. The inauguration was held under the auspices of Sayyid Dr Hamad bin Ahmed al Busaidy, Governor of Al Buraimi.

The service station, set up with an investment of around RO 500,000, is located on the main road to Al Buraimi Industrial City. It aims at offering a wide range of facilities and services to the investors, business owner and workforce in Al Buraimi Industrial City in particular, and the population in Al Buraimi Governorate in general.

This value-added project in the industrial city will play a big role in generating job opportunities and attracting service projects.

The signing of the contract for the establishment of an integrated service station for vehicles was done in June this year between Madayn and Murtafat Mahdha Trading with Said bin Abdullah al Balushi, Director General of Al Buraimi Industrial City and Rashid bin Salim al Kaabi, Project Manager, as signatories.

Madayn is currently implementing a number of projects in Al Buraimi Industrial City, which include the infrastructure development project in phases 1 and 2 at a total cost of more than RO 5 million.

These projects include the implementation of sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 400 square metres, road rehabilitation works, water supply distribution networks, electrical works and street lighting for phase 2.
