His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik sent a written message to President Dr Bashar al Assad, of the Syrian Arab Republic regarding fraternal relations binding the two countries and peoples and ways of fostering them.
The message was delivered by Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidy, Foreign Minister when he was received by President Bashar in the Syrian capital, Damascus. — ONA
