MUSCAT: The governorates of Muscat, Dhofar and Musandam will be witness to special events organised by the authorities as part of the 52nd National Day celebrations.
The drone and laser shows will be held in Muscat on November 18 and 19 in two different locations, in Dhofar on November 18 and in Musandam on November 21.
In Muscat, the event will be held on November 18 at Al Amerat Park and November 19 at Al Khoudh Dam.
Khasab will host the event on November 21.
Kite shows will also be held starting at 4 pm in Salalah on November 18, Azaiba Beach on November 22, and Al Seeb Beach on November 23.
Muscat Municipality closed the Al Amerat Public Park on November 15-17 to prepare for an event celebrating the 52nd National Day.
The main streets of the Sultanate of Oman are wearing a festive look as they have decked up with colourful lights in different shapes and themes as part of the National Day celebrations.
The Sultanate of Oman’s flag has been hoisted in the Governorate of Muscat starting from the Al Bustan roundabout along the main road to the Al Barakah Palace roundabout. At the same time, illuminations were installed on either side of the road. One wilayat from each governorate in Oman has been decorated as part of the celebrations of the glorious occasion, which will see the launch of drones and laser shows.
