Muscat: With the start of the cruise tourism season, Port Sultan Qaboos received the cruise ship AIDAcosma, which is visiting the region for the first time, with more than 5,800 tourists from different countries of the world.
It is expected that Omani ports will receive during this season more than 200 cruise ships and yachts from different countries at Port Sultan Qaboos, Khasab Port, and Salalah Port.
The arrival of cruise ships and luxury yachts is important in promoting the Sultanate of Oman as one of the prominent destinations regionally and globally.
