The Royal Navy of Oman (RNO) tomorrow (Thursday) marks its annual day which is celebrated on November 3 every year.
The ceremony will be held at the military parade square at the Said Bin Sultan Naval Base under the auspices of Dr Mohammed bin Nasser al Zaabi, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Defence.
The event will include graduation of a new batch of army recruits beside a number of other events.
This day marks the handover by the late Sultan Qaboos bin Said of the banner of RNO which is witnessing more progress and development under the leadership of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander alongside the other units of the Sultan’s Armed Forces.
