Madha new hospital’s field works stand at 67%

Madha: Construction work at the new hospital of Madha in the Governorate of Musandam are pressing ahead, with 67% of the tasks completed at a cost of more than RO 6 million. The Ministry of Health supervises the project.


Eng Jamal Salim al Shanfari, Director General of Projects and Engineering Affairs at the ministry, said that the hospital occupies an area of 10,000 sqm and consists of 40 beds, hospitalization wards, labs and other facilities. He added that the project is progressing as planned.


Dr Ahmed Abdullah al Madhani, Head of Madha Health Centre, said the new hospital has 14 standard health clinics.
