National Committee to Combat Human Trafficking holds meeting

Muscat: The National Committee to Combat Human Trafficking on Tuesday held a regular meeting under the chairmanship of Shaikh Khalifa Ali al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Diplomatic Affairs and Chairman of the Committee.

The meeting followed up the progress of work on implementing the national action plan on combating human trafficking in the Sultanate of Oman for the period (2021-2023). It also reviewed the efforts and activities it undertakes to reinforce awareness about the importance of addressing the crime of human trafficking.
