Muscat: Muscat Municipality has said vehicle users can report errors in parking fines on its e-services website.
All they have to do is submit proof of your reservation or the error when performing the operation.

Documents to be submitted as evidence:
1. Vehicle ownership.
2. A copy of the Identity Card.
3. Evidence of parking reservation (reservation receipt, SMS, parking permit).
4. Violation image.
