Muscat :The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology has issued a direct order to a specialized firm to design and construct Shinas Link Road.
The project includes a 5.8 km link road connecting Al Batinah carriageway with Al Batinah Expressway. It begins after 1.8 km from Shinas roundabout on the way to Al Batinah Expressway.
