Muscat: In continuation of the efforts undertaken by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) to provide employment to the national job-seekers in coordination with the Ministry of Labour, a new batch of citizens holding the post-GED certificate has joined ROP, on Sunday.

The new police recruits will receive an integrated military training programme and academic courses at the Institute of Police Recruits at the Sultan Qaboos Academy for Police Sciences, which qualifies them to carry out various police tasks and duties.
