Shinas: The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology marked the opening of Aswad dual carriageway in the Wilayat of Shinas, North Al Batinah Governorate.
The 6.5 km road, which starts at Al Batinah Expressway, comprises two roundabouts and 12 culverts for draining rainwater and Wadis along its course.
The carriageway meets standard safety measures and serves adjoining residential areas.
