RAO participates in Oman-Britain Joint Drill “Apollo Cyber”

London: The Royal Army of Oman (RAO), represented by a squadron from the “Al Sahraa” or “The Desert” Regiment of the 23rd Infantry Brigade, with the support of the Sultan of Oman’s Artillery and the Sultan Armed Forces (SAF) Engineering Corps, took part in the joint Oman-Britain drill “Apollo Cyber”.


The drill was run in the United Kingdom (UK) during the period from June 20 till July 24, 2022.


The joint drill came within the framework of the joint military training plan regularly conducted by RAO with Arab and foreign countries.


“Apollo Cyber” included several obstacles, tests and training on field weaponry and equipment.
