Shabab Oman II wins Dutch award

Muscat: The Royal Navy of Oman ship 'Shabab Oman II' won the award for the best ship in Harlingen Port in the Kingdom of Netherlands on Saturday after the conclusion of the first stage of the 2022 tall ship races. Shabab Oman II was crowned with the award for the best ship based on the votes of visitors of Esbjerg Tall Ship Festival in the Danish city of Esbjerg. The ship continues to participate in international maritime festivals and races, as part of its international voyage this year to the European continent, bearing the slogan Oman, the Land of Peace.
