Berlin - His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik met at his residence in the German capital, Berlin on Friday, with a number of businessmen and a number of CEOs of German companies and their representatives with the aim of developing trade relations and enhancing investment opportunities between the two friendly countries in various sectors within the framework of His Majesty's official visit to the Federal Republic of Germany.
The meeting was attended by Lieutenant-General Sultan Mohammed al Nuamani, Minister of the Royal Office; Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al-Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Hamad bin Saeed Al-Aufi, Head of the Private Office, Abdul Salam bin Mohammad Al Murshidi, chairman of the Oman Investment Authority (OIA), and Engineer Salem bin Nasser al Aufi, Minister Energy and Minerals, Dr. Sultan bin Yarub al Busaidi, Adviser in the Private Office, Chargé d'Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman's Embassy to the Federal Republic of Germany, and Thomas Schneider, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany accredited to the Sultanate of Oman.
