Muscat: A delegation from the United Kingdom (UK) headed by Commodore Adrian Fryer, Commander of the Maritime Component Command on Wednesday visited the Maritime Security Centre (MSC).
The guest was accompanied during the visit by the Defence Attaché at the British Embassy in Muscat.
The delegation was greeted upon their arrival at the centre by the Deputy Head of the MSC.
The guests were briefed on the centre’s tactical roles and tasks in managing and leading search, rescue and environment preservation operations. They also toured the centre’s facilities and viewed its latest equipment and technologies used in carrying out its national duties.
