Muscat: The Royal Oman Police(ROP) on Thursday said the Al Buraimi Governorate Police Command thwarted an attempt to smuggle large quantities of diesel fuel by two expatriates in two trucks that were equipped with additional tanks, and legal procedures are being completed against them.
