Boy dies after falling into sewage pit in Suwaiq

Muscat: A boy died after falling into a sewage pit in the Wilayat of Al Suwaiq, said the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA).


In a tweet CDAA said that the rescue team of civil defence and ambulance department in North Al Batinah Governorate has dealt with a report of a boy that fell into a sewage pit in Al Bidayah area in the Wilayat of Al Suwaiq. CDAA has recovered the body of the boy.


CDAA calls on parents to watch their children and ensure that sewage channels are covered in homes.
