Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik hosted an official dinner at Al Alam Palace in honour of President Samia Suluho Hassan of the United Republic of Tanzania, on Sunday. Before the dinner, His Majesty and the Tanzanian President exchanged memorial gifts on the occasion of her visit to the Sultanate of Oman.
The dinner was attended by a number of Their Highnesses, ministers, chairpersons of the State Council and Majlis Ash’shura, commanders of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF), senior officers of Royal Oman Police (ROP), ambassadors of friendly and sisterly countries, members of the State Council and Majlis Ash’shura, under-secretaries and officials at the Foreign Ministry. — ONA
