OXFORD: The Royal Academy for Administration implemented the first phase of the national programme for grooming government and private executives (known as the Educational Unit). The programme seeks to build the capacities of a comprehensive society of leaders in the two sectors.

The programme takes care of promising talents and provides them with the latest expertise in the fields of leadership, economy, innovation and applications of the fourth industrial revolution (4IR).

The design and implementation of the Educational Unit has been achieved in partnership with Oxford University. The two-week programme was attended by 40 participants, who had an opportunity to explore experiences linked to various concepts of the new economy and its competitive features.

The programme, which included field visits to government institutions and private enterprises in the United Kingdom, also touched on common practices in the fields of partnership between the two sectors, innovation, digital transformation and ways to localise those practices.
