MUSCAT: His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmood al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers, received on Wednesday Sergey Lavrov, Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation.
The two sides reviewed the bilateral relations and ways of enhancing cooperation between the two countries. They also highlighted the international efforts exerted to settle various issues to serve the interests of all parties.
On his turn, the Russian Foreign Minister underscored the importance of this visit, affirming his country's appreciation for Oman’s foreign policy.
The meeting was attended by Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidy, Foreign Minister, and Ilya Morgunov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Sultanate of Oman. - ONA
