Muscat - His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued Royal Decree No 18 of 2022, which amended Royal Decree 95 of 2020 that defined some of the functions of the Ministry of Information and approved its organizational structure.

2 Underscreatary, Ministry of Information
a. Directorate General of Printing
b. Directorate General of Press, Publication and Advertising
c. Directorate General of Electronic Media
d. Directorate General of Radio
e. Directorate General of Television
f. Directorate of Engineering
3. Directorate General of information in Dhofar Governorate.
4. Directorate General of Administration and Financial Affairs
