

Singing in six languages in different genres to hundreds of people from across the world, Oman's own Jihad al Raisi has been captivating hearts. And he will be performing on Eid holidays at two major venues in Muscat.
Jihad is at ease singing in many languages besides Arabic, English, Hindi, Balushi, Spanish and Punjabi, a skill he has nurtured since his childhood.
"I'm overwhelmed and so does my team, and we are giving final touches to our two-day gala event," an overjoyed Jihad told the Observer.
Jihad and his troupe will perform at Mall of Muscat in Mabela from 8 to 10.30 pm on the second day of Eid while his fans will get a chance to see their favourite singer at the Al Amerat Park on the third day of Eid.
During the show, Jihad will be serenading his fans with a medley of tunes from across the globe. Adept at delivering classical as well as rock songs, Jihad’s amazing repertoire of singing skills has earned him a large number of admirers.
As a live stage performer in Muscat for various international shows, he has earned several accolades. He was the finalist in a reality show "Singing Sensation" in Dubai aired on Zee TV channel. He was also a chief guest in a reality show on Star Plus channel.
Al Raisi has conducted many interviews with super stars of Bollywood like Dharmendra, Farah Khan, Lucky Ali, Salma Agha, Shabbir Kumar and Chunky Pandey, to name a few.
Jihad's team of musicians include Montasar al Balushi (drum), Othman al Balushi (bass guitar), Khamis al Balushi (guitar), Ahmed al Balushi (guitar), and Sameeh al Balushi (piano).
